I think the two present proposals (your and the german one) are two different things and the two must be addressed. 1) we need a international hub on "www.opensuse.org" or "opensuse.org" to give a chance to the visitor to go to the good language one 2) we anyway must have a design for the sub-front page. and this sub one must be done with internationalization in mind.
