This is just about making an XML file. The content of this XML file can be
legal or illegal, not the layout itself. So a XML with e.g. official
mirrors and repositories (e.g. NVidea or the build server) can be placed on
openSUSE.
Whatever I place in an XML file on my site or what you place on your site
is not up to the legal department of Novell.

Only the XML file is my baby. Making a YaST module around it can be yours.
;-) It would be great if such an XML file could be used as default in
YaST. That way you could just change the URL from the default one to one
of your choice. If not an external YaST module would be great.
When the XML layout is made, everybody can make his own XML file. About
99% of these will be overlapping, as they all contain e.g. Guru and the
new build server. Some however might want to make their own XML file.
After the XML exist, other things can be done, but first there must be
decision on the XML part.
