Well I will still maintain that if your browser is properly
configured, the page is not required. Your browser, would have all
your language preferences:
Swahili
French
Portugese
English

I will agree that this is not always the case however, I think as long
as it is easy to switch languages, it doesn't really matter how it is
done.
