I found these:

sv.opensuse.org requested by Mikael.Sundstrom (at) novell.com (7 Mar)
hu.opensuse.org requested by kkemenczy (at) novell.com (6 Mar)

The others that have completed translating the minimum required pages
(although I didn't find a request) are:

ja.opensuse.org
pt.opensuse.org
cn.opensuse.org

So the question is, when can we expect the above language wikis to launch?

It would be nice if it could happen prior to 10.1 launch (currently
Apr 13 on roadmap) to capture the extra interest that the new version
will generate.
