nobody can do anything on your server (I hope this for you :-)

I think the main problem will not to lauch a BT server on
the ftp server, that's easy, the problem is to convince the
admin that this will not give him problems, security,
bandwith... and this I can't say. so I understand well that
such data must be done on a high level (the info must come
from a trusted professional source)

but if this can make his life simpler, I could work :-)
