I reported bug 160128 last night, after carefully searching for PHYSDEVDRIVER to make sure it wasn't reported before. My search brought nothing, yet this morning I find the report marked duplicate of bug 159893.
Try searching for PHYSDEVDRIVER in the summary, and you should see at least 2 reports: 159893 and 160128, but nothing is found?!? I would also expect to have seen 159062 listed, but I can't even view that one.
