Grab the packages from ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/suse/i386/10.1/inst-source-extra/suse/i586 for switching between different Java versions use (as root): update-alternatives --config java update-alternatives --config javac (for JDK) as already mentioned in another posting.
