Action Items are things a person commited to do. So you can make a
bugzilla entry and track the status there. Things on the tasks page dont
have anyone caring for them. So it does not makes sense to add these as
Action Items to bugzila. 

For instance 164756. You assigned that to me. But i said i cant do it in
time. So whats the point in assigning that AI to me? Writing that SDB
article belongs on the Tasks page so people that have the time can pick
it up from there and do it.
