Could somebody explain the policy for the bugzilla database? (I couldn't find any useful information on the web site.) I frequently come across the problem that while searching for SuSE Linux bugs (e.g. 10.0 or 10.1) I encounter cross-references to other bugs where access is denied. This is not very helpful... Is there anything planned to make this a bit more transparent in future?
