- Right-click on that little "fuzz" at the left-hand side of the area where the
windows are minimized at the moment
- Choose "Remove from panel" from the context menu
- Right-click somewhere in the other panel where you want the windows to be
minimized
- Choose "Add to panel" from the context menu
- Choose the "Window list" applet from the list
- Left-click on the little "fuzz" at the left-hand side of the newly created
