Here only four packages are upgraded to 4.1.3. The others are labeled 4.1.2 (but I have to download/install/check whether they are really 4.1.2 or 4.1.3) -- why is this? Similar state exists in the 10.0 supplementary folder. Please advise as to whether we should wait for the other 4.1.3 packages.
