Hm, suseRegister depends on mono-core, yast2-installation depends on suseRegister (that's new now), yast2-restore, yast2-vm, yast2-update, yast2-sysconfig and yast2-storage depends on yast2-installation. I had no mono installed before and package management worked fine without all the new tools simply in YaST.
