Inkscape. My start was the openSUSE logo in vector form: https://bugzilla.novell.com/attachment.cgi?id=69353 I then created the 'm' and 'i' out of 'n' from the openSUSE logo. I left out the dot over the first 'i' (it looks like the lizard has done a poo :-), and use the tail for the dot over the second 'i'.
