dspam works fine for me. you can find it in the buildservice. [1]
sadly it is not yet as comfortable as it could be.

i basically followed the /usr/share/doc/package/dspam/postfix.txt
and inject mails via lmtp into dspam and reinject them via smtp into
postfix.

you can catch me on #opensuse-buildservice if you have any questions
about it.
