Yes.

Seems to be more cache-aggressive (although #linuxfs people deny that),
hence is faster on some operations (such as re-stat)

Quota is counted from mount time on (this is not the 
case with any other filesystem out there).

(No other Linux distribution has XFS support as good as SUSEs --
FC may but I have not tested FC on an x86 actually, which is a 
different problem)

Don't know right now.

Can't shrink filesystems, but I suppose reiser3 is the only one to do 
that. However, growing/shrinking is only for those who fail to partition 
their disk properly.
