| * If you are behind a firewall or router, be sure that the ports have 
|   been opened. The default ports are 4662 (TCP). 4665 (UDP) and 4672 
|   (UDP). If these are blocked, you will receive a "LowID" which results 
|   in fewer availble sources for the files you are downloading.


Thus, open those ports. You can use Yast for that or edit the 
"/etc/sysconfig/SuSEfirewall2" file; for instance:

FW_SERVICES_EXT_TCP="4662 "
FW_SERVICES_EXT_UDP="4665 4672"


And don't forget your router, if you have one.
