Mates,
I am in a real bind. I have mpeg2 files in 720x480 format that I need to
convert to 352x240 format so I can cut clips from them. I am on a short time
line. What tool does this?? transcode? mencoder?
Any advise and a quick reply would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
