OK, I can boot the network CD for 10.2. The instructions at http://en.opensuse.org/Development_Version say "Point the YaST installer to the installation repository (by pressing F3 and then F4). I'm at the beginning of the installer. If I press F4 I get the option of installation source but then I'm asked for Server and Directory. A search of opensuse for "Package Repositories 10.2 beta2" yielded no hits.
