Take a look at http://sourceforge.net/projects/linux-ntfs/

I am using ntfs-3g and it works great.  I loaded the kernal module for
openSUSE 10.1 and installed the latest BETA from the end of October 2006.
The site was udated I think on the 12 Nov 2006.
