Yes but it can be moved from non-oss to oss once it's released and the
packagers made the RPMs.

Note that all in all it doesn't make a big difference for users (at
least not atm), but it will make a big difference for developers - not
the fact that it won't be in non-oss any more, but that it's being GPLd ;)
