It would seem that people bitching about can't do their work probably have
a point.

If your method of conversion is install and run away, you deserve the
hell you've put your self in.

If you demo and dart, you are going to get calls. 

Never touch the keyboard or mouse while teaching people a new
system.  Make them drive.  Make them open documents.  Make them
send email. 

If you left them feeling they might as well go home because they are
useless at work you should not look only at THEM for the source of the 
problem .
