Just noticed the URL for the opensuse mirror on ftp.belnet.be was
changed from
  http://ftp.belnet.be/packages/opensuse/
to
  http://ftp.belnet.be/mirror/ftp.opensuse.org/

A slight typo in the URL above: the "/mirror/" should be plural, 
"/mirrors/".
