If your machine's name is set up properly in yast it will pick this 
up automatically.
You can over ride it in /etc/sendmail.cf by finding this section and setting 
it as needed...

# who I masquerade as (null for no masquerading) (see also $=M)
DMYourDomain.com

The less you do inside of sendmail.cf the better.  So make sure
you machine name settings in yast are correct first, and
then carefully follow thru the sendmail settings in Yast
MTA settings.
