don't worry too much, accept the update, only the necessary
patches will be downloaded.
and for the best, you should probably wait until dec 7 the
release date for 10.2. This one have a much better zen than
the 10.1. waiting two weeks is a good idea if you don't need
your openSUSE in a hurry :-)
