Thats exactly suspected.
Ken puts in the prohibition about discussing certain articles
and then points to it as if it were gospel.

right. However I feel like Ken is at least partly right.
Html should be prohibited on any mailing list.
OT subject also, but in my own opinion, if one stay on the
