I guess it's Zimbra's own. I'm not sure if Zimbra could use another one
at all.

Hard question to answer. It depends what those 10 accounts want to do.
Collaboration with Horde is not really ready but the applications are
pretty good. Being PHP is not the best solution but I'm still running
Horde as service for a community.
The free version of Open-Xchange seems to be a bit unmaintained at the
moment what I've heard.
So maybe Zimbra as a free available version might be a good choice if
you need collaboration features but don't need the best IMAP experience.

So I'm not really sure what to choose since every solution has it's
(dis-)advantages.
