Actually, it is a great "invention".  But, it is not what you want
probably.  It is a delta iso, meaning it needs to be applied to another
"iso", in that case, it is the changes to go from the Beta2 iso (or DVD)
to create an iso for RC1.  To me, this is one of the best things to come
along in a long time. :-)   What it means is that if you have already
downloaded the DVD from one version (I assume this is just for the
alpha-beta-rc cycle), which is large, then to get the DVD for the next
you just need to download the delta iso to create the next DVD, so
instead of ~3.5GB, you just need 550MB.  It sure encouraged me to get
into 10.2 to find those bugs to make 10.2 a great distro.  There is more
info on the opensuse website for delta isos.
