this is not a repo, only a subdirectory.

this are newest KDE applications, backported to released versions, does not
require the updated KDE above.

If you add http:/software.opensuse.org/download/KDE:/KDE3/ instead of
http://repos.opensuse.org/ KDE:/KDE3/ you get automatic mirror selection.
