Try this:

- Open a Konqueror window for the folder in question.
- Open the window's Window-Specific Settings dialog
- Select the "Window Extra" tab
- Change the pop-up below the "Window title:" field from "Unimportant"
to one of the other settings (Exact match should do)
- The now-enabled "Window Title" field shows the window title that will
be the (additional) criterion for applying the criterial specified in
the Geometry, Preferences and / or Workarounds tabs.

I'm pretty sure that's beyond the scope of what can be controlled using
the KDE Window-Specific settings.
