Don't forget those users that want to see the product continue to be developed, and want to vote with their dollars. For some of my clients the cost of SLES is easily justified. Others, are much smaller. But I insisted each of them buy the "Pro" edition in the past just to send the dollars in SuSE's direction. The landscape is littered with dead distros from people who wouldn't know a business plan if it bit them in the ass.
