I don't think MickySoft can "back out" all that code quickly! It's embedded 
deep in the OS and in many different places, affecting a number of their 
applications as well. I can't belive that Gates is that stupid to want to try 
and pull this crap off, but Ballmer is an ego maniac - a SUPER SIZED ego 
maniac who is most likely behind it!
