There seems to be an issue with the yast2 repository at the moment.
Better use the RPM-MD (aka "yum") repository.

I don't know whether you can force yast2 to use the one or the other,
but you should be able to do it with zypper:

zypper -t YUM http://packman.mirrors.skynet.be/pub/packman/suse/10.2/

(and remove the other one)
