Hi again,

i have now bought a USB->bluetooth dongle (15 Euros from Digitus, USB 2.0, Class 2)
and plugged it into my USB 1.1 plug of my notebook.

Now i can see my IPAQ etc. with

# hcitool scan
Scanning ...
       00:11:A5:xx:xx:xx       Slim BT GPS
       00:12:D1:xx:xx:xx       WM_Administrat2

and can browse the file system of the devices with

# kioobex_start
     -> Lists all bluetooth devices in a GUI similar to konqueror

#konqueror
    url=bluetooth:/
    -> Lists all bluetooth devices

# konqueror:
     obex://[00:12:d1:xx:xx:xx]:3/
       or
     sdp://wm_administrat2/

     Lists the file system of the IPAQ, copy etc. works fine as well.

This was a simple try compared to the USB / raki problems!
Only the kcemirror functionality is now missing.
For the time being i'll use the vncserver (pocketVNC.exe), not as fast and
elegant as kcemirror but i can control the desktop from my Linux X11.

What happens when you start kcemirror? In my case (I tried it from
command line), it looks like that:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~> kcemirror 192.168.1.29
Synce: true
ForceInstall: false
kcemirror: Could not contact PDA 192.168.1.29

I have started screensnap.exe on the IPAQ but this didn't help, see
http://synce.sourceforge.net/synce/kde/old/kcemirror.php
