I've also been having the same problem with Guru. Funny thing is when I use Firefox to go to the source directory it gets right in, so I doubt a server problem. I can download the package I want to my "Download" directory, but Yast and Smart can't seem to use the local directory as an install source. Before I followed the suggestion to someone else to remove the ZMD packages to speed up Software Manager/Yast2 I used "Install Software", but that's no longer there.
