This has been fairly common. See
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=229231. Short answer: try these

rm /var/lib/YaST2/printers
rm /var/lib/YaST2/ppd_db.ycp

and then try again with Yast. This should rebuild the printer database
and allow you to get going again.
