It does not help if the HTML instructors are M$ bigots who pass the
assignments if they work in IE and ignore any consideration of the other
browsers Opera, Firefox, Netscape, Mozilla, Konqueror and Seamonkey.
Forgetting Lynx which is nongraphical.
