Presently have dual boot SUSE10.0 and XP. I want to install 10.2 on new disk and retain the old SUSE10.0 disk in case I have problems. The Grub boot loader is on ( /dev/hdb2, root=/dev/hdb2) at /boot/vmlinuz.
Can I just fix the mbr for XP, unplug the old disk and install new one and install 10.2? Will I be able to put old disk bad and use repair to create grub if 10.2 does not work? Thanks for any pointers. -- Russ -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
