The gpg-keys have been especially problematic on a number of mirrors.  And 
I've had an especially hard time using V10.0 - since there was no way to 
override the gpg check via YaST (though negating the gpg checks isn't 
preferrable either because one could get nasties that way).  

There was a recent post on the Beta list about the problems with the mirrors 
and gpg/authentication checking - so they are aware of the issue.  And IMHO 
it's much improve since its first inception.  However, problems persist.   
So, we wait and hope for a resolution.  As they said on the Beta list - 
they're trying.
