...ahh, answering my own question.

I hadn't googled on "filechooser" but was trying "dialog" or "dialog box".  It 
is amazing what a word can do to you.

They have a 10.1 rpm, but smart complained that it could't find the public 
key.  I just used checkinstall to create an rpm from source, and installed 
it.
