Brian - A few hours before your message, I ordered a "PlusDeck 2 cassette deck for PC" in order to convert my collection of cassettes to digital format. The specs say that it comes with "20-pin cable, Mic in, Line in, Speaker Out cables, Serial cable." No USB. I assumed that, in order to use the PlusDeck, I would have to reboot into Windows. If I could use this player in Linux it would be much more convenient for me. I would appreciate any information and advice that you and anyone answering your query might have. TIA. Kelly -- Kelly J.
