some months hosting of dedicated computer.

this offer have been recently expanded to openSUSE 10.1. This mean
that you can have opensuse installed remotely and work with it there.
I don't know if this exists (at such low price, month €30 VAT
excluded) in other countries, but it's a quite intersting mean of
having a solid web system.
