Now is working.

Many Thanks for all, i have readed the documentation and made a few checks in
my settings

i had ndiswrapper configured with an old usr11g driver that don't support very
well the encription modes, the strange thing is i have this working with
if-up without problem.

now i have switched to a netgear driver (listed in the ndiswrapper page), and
all is working fine :-D

at this time i'm using wep, im also going to test wpa

Greetings.
