Dan, Are you trying to connect from your 10.2 workstation to a (windows) server? I have it running, using my opensuse laptop as a RDP client to a windows server. When you are trying to connect to your 10.2 workstation, have you opened the ports in the firewall. I know it's obvious, but it is also a common mistake.
