[opensuse] Trouble installing 10.2 (for real this time)

Sorry about the last time I forgot to disable the OpenPGP encryption in
Thunderbird.  My message really said this:
"I am having trouble installing 10.2 on my computer, it has an sata II
HDD.  I know SuSE's installer has trouble installing on sata hard drives
in the first place but I know that it is possible.  Anyone know how to
do this?"
