OpenSuSE 10.2 comes with openmotif-libs-2.3.0beta2 which provides libXm.so.4 .  
So i would try to  make a link for  libXm.so.3 pointing to libXm.so.4 and 
then install the citrix client with --nodeps. 
However it might be that openmotif-2.3 is not 100% backward compatible to  
openmotif-2.2 and that might cause failures of the citrix client.
In that case can try to  get the. src.rpm of  openmotif-2.3 ( for example from 
an older SUSE -version)  and build it with rpm --rebuild on your system.
