Fn F2 turns on and off the bluetooth. (off is "flight mode - its not allowed in us airspace to use bluetooth). Make sure its ON. There is a setting in the bios indicating if this key combination turns on the wifi or the bluetooth or both. Set it to both. Also, you DELL bios will have settings for bluetooth regardless of whether its actually physically installed or not. If the bios and the keyboard keys don't turn on the bluetooth light it might not be installed or came loose in shipment. -- _____________________________________ John Andersen
