Can anyone tell me how to add applications to both the Classic style and the new Application Browser style menus? I have tried using the "Menu Layout" in the desktop preferences but the new item never gets saved back to the menu and does not appear in the Menu Layout application. I have tried as root just in case my user did not have the permissions to make the change.
