[opensuse] Kmail folder question

        I am in the process of setting up a new machine w/suse 10.2. I have 
seen 
snapshots of Kmail with main folder groups like the 'Local Folders' group ' 
inbox outbox sent-mail trash drafts 'but have not found out how to do this. I 
tried some googleing and the suse help. I have several email's and would like 
to seperate things a little more.
        Any info appreciated.
