It does if you select the options to use some of the black-hole lists. I suspect thatt is what he did. But that shouldn't be done on fetchmail. Fetchmail input should go direct to procmail rather than come in as if it was a direct connection. After all, he knows already who this mail is destined for, by virtue of who's fetchmail account he is popping.
