I had the same a few weeks ago. I could fix it in the sysconfig editor but am 
not sure how. There was a reference to xgl which I had to change, I think 
it's:
Desktop / Display manager / DISPLAYMANAGER_XSERVER
Check if it is set to Xgl and if so, change it to Xorg - this is what I have 
now.
